Pulses, a subgroup of legumes, represent a nutritional powerhouse, known for their abundance of proteins and soluble fibers, along with their low-fat content. The Ministry of Health highly recommends their consumption for the prevention and management of non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, coronary heart disease, hypertension, and obesity. Unfortunately, domestic pulse production faces significant challenges. To bridge this gap, Durden Commodities plays a pivotal role in facilitating the trade of Pulses, including Chickpeas, Mung Beans, Coriander Seeds, Methi Seeds, and Lentils. We source these Pulses from countries like India, Canada, Australia, and Turkey, ensuring a consistent supply to meet the demand in Sri Lanka.
